At Smash-N-Dash, we bring you the humble, classic American cheeseburger as it should be: where the meaty, steaky, umami goodness of Beef is accentuated, never outshined. From our proprietary blend of cuts chosen for their distinct flavor profiles, each all-beef, prime grade, never frozen patty from select Australian cattle, is carefully hand-formed and smashed on searing hot griddles to bring you an experience in every bite. And of course, we top it with a generous amount of the meltiest, gooiest American cheese!
Our crispy, juicy vegetables are locally grown from a family farm in the cold mountain air of Bedugul. We serve two secret sauces made in-house, hailing the coasts of the birthplace of the cheeseburger: California and New York. The perfect vehicle to sandwich all that goodness, our toasted Brioche buns are eggy and rich, fluffy yet sturdy, baked fresh daily.
